If you have one location, we do this via zip code and county targeting in the actual profile. For better results, if you expand into new service areas, we recommend you have a physical location to support that expansion. Google LSA’s have three primary assessment factors:
- Reviews (number of, average rating, frequency of getting them and how quickly they are responded do)
- Response time (how long it takes your business to answer the phone or respond to a message from the LSA platform)
- Radius (this is the physical proximity of your business compared to the location of the user which is usually determined if they are using a cell phone (most do) and if their location indicator is on (most are).
