The platform itself has a reporting module where you can view, the date/time of calls, the phone numbers of those callers, if the lead was charged or not and an average cost per lead. There is also the opportunity to listen to the recording of the callers conversation with your reception (or the people that handle in-bound calls in your business).
This is a GREAT method to audit your inbound call process and if needed, make performance improvements.
